I have angered the quad god

I can walk in straight lines almost like a normal person but changing direction is proving a little more challenging. My left quads and hips are not very happy.

I think my main mistake was doing two strength sessions last week. My legs felt like lead running on Thursday evening and they just haven’t recovered. This morning I spent the first five minutes of a run shuffling along like a wounded snail. They loosened up and felt completely fine by the end, but those first few minutes…

This week will have to be an easy week.
