Yoga, Day #2


My favourite pose is the one where you sit down on the floor, back straight up, legs straight on the floor, then try to lift your legs up. If you’re a yoga instructor, you somehow end up balancing effortlessly in a V shape, back and legs at right angles.

If you’re me, your stomach muscles start shaking and your legs UTTERLY FAIL TO MOVE.

All these muscles I had no idea existed!
