It occurred to me that Yoga would be a good way to strengthen my muscles (FOR MORE RUNNING OF COURSE). So I located a yoga DVD and put it on and tried to follow it.



This is going to take some effort.

I’m not entirely convinced yet. Downward facing dog is clearly some form of elaborate ancient torture, which should be a plus point, but I don’t foresee yoga inspiring the kind of sweaty exhaustion a good cardio workout provides, which, for me, is kind of the whole point of exercise. We’ll see.
