The problem with running

is not the pain and discomfort and general loss of will to live that you experience while the running is happening and shortly after, it’s the aches that stay with you for days.

The muscles in my leg, at the front, just above the knees. Oh my god. You would not believe how difficult it is to sit comfortably and freely while never stretching this muscle. It doesn’t matter how I sit, it’s pulling.
