losing weight and being healthy

I find one of the more annoying things about being exposed to other people is the frequency with which I must hear people complaining about being overweight and who are “going to do something about it” by moving around gently for 20 minutes once a week.

They are a few hours later seen cramming chocolate into their mouth and buying two bottles of Coca Cola. If you were a little more conservative about what you force your body to deal with, you would:

1) Attain a sensible weight without even having to move around gently
2) Feel a lot better. Yes, really.

The strange thing about soft drinks especially is that if you don’t drink any of them for a year or so and then try one, it tastesawful. It’s like an assault on your mouth. I am sure that drinking them regularly must affect your taste buds.
